Substitution and Cancellation Policy
The registration fee allows a colleague to participate instead of the registered attendee if necessary. Cancellations must be received in writing three business days prior to the start of the conference at which time a full credit (no refund) will be issued and valid for one year. Cancellations received within three business days will be charged a $200 administrative fee which will be deducted from the credit issues. No-shows will be charged as if attended.
